2. Why am I paying to Sujavi ?
Sujavi Software Solutions Ltd has developed the website and fee collected from this service is used to maintain the web services. You may be paying separately to other match makers depending on your interest in profiles from them.

3. If we want to remove our profile completely from the site, is it possible ?
Yes. Absolutely. Use Contact Us form or send message on WhatsApp to +447771773040 to delete the profile completely any time. They will be physically deleted from our database with no trace.

4. Can I hide my contact details i.e. email and mobile numbers ?
Yes. By default they are hidden. It is revealed to others only when you grant access to them.

5. How do I contact if I like a profile ?

You can express your interest by clicking on Send Interest button.  They will receive your email and mobile number along with profile ID. Once the other party also likes your profile, you will receive their contact details. 

6. If I like to have a short video of the profile of my daughter or son or myself, is it possible ?
Not now. But we plan to introduce this feature in future.

7. Would I be charged with regular payments  ?

No. You will be charged only once.
